Return Policy

  • RETURNS: We currently do not offer returns on items unless item has arrived damaged. Item cannot be damaged on your behalf, items must be unused and must be in its original packaging to qualify for a return. 

 

  • EXCHANGES: items must be in new, unused condition. Item cannot be damaged on your behalf. Regular priced items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We can also offer store credit. Sale items are not eligible for exchange. 

     

    How to request a return or exchange 

    1. Contact us at info@blingmob.co and provide information regarding the item you wish to return, photo of the reason as to why you wish to return along with your order number.

    2. If the item is eligible for return, please send it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

    3. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days upon arrival of your returned package.
